Responsibilities
- Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites
- Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies
