Responsibilities
- Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
- Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs
- This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.

Compensation
Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
