Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
  • Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs
  • This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
