Kyo is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. This hybrid remote position offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options and is supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. The BCBA will also support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees as part of a collaborative clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings
- Utilize Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems to support therapy delivery
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites
- Availability to support clients during after-school hours (typically between 3:00–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday)
- Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies
