About the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism. The BCBA will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of each client
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct behavioral therapy services to clients
- Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers
- Conducting regular meetings with the treatment team to discuss client progress
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Providing consultation and support to other professionals
- Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Providing crisis intervention and management as needed
- Developing and implementing social skills training programs
- Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers
- Conducting regular meetings with the treatment team to discuss client progress
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

- Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
