Müller's Solutions is hiring a BMC Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer to focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing workflows within our BMC Helix ITSM platform. You will enhance the functionality and user experience of our IT service management tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
What You'll Do
- Analyze existing processes and workflows within the BMC Helix ITSM platform to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement efficient workflows that streamline IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
- Conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to support users.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to ITSM and workflow management.
