Müller's Solutions is seeking a BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize BMC Helix solutions for clients. This remote role involves gathering requirements, architecting solutions, leading implementations, and providing training to ensure clients maximize the value of their Helix investments.
What You'll Do
- Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications.
- Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout.
- Provide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides.
- Stay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions.
