You will play a key role in shaping how organizations leverage BMC Helix to meet their service management goals. In this remote position, you'll work directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and translate those into scalable, efficient technical solutions using the BMC Helix platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess business and technical requirements
- Design and configure customized BMC Helix environments that support client workflows
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects, applying industry best practices and platform capabilities
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing system optimization activities
- Develop clear documentation such as system diagrams, technical specifications, and user instructions
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops to client teams
- Monitor platform updates and emerging trends to inform solution improvements
