Chainlink Labs is hiring a Blockchain Partnerships Manager. You will be a key member of our GTM team, focusing on building relationships and closing high-value commercial agreements with blockchain partners. Your role involves assessing market adoption opportunities and leading the integration of Chainlink products.
What You'll Do
- Partner Acquisition: Sign mutually exclusive deals with our highest priority partners.
- Engage with multiple partners simultaneously to build a healthy integration pipeline for long-term blockchain partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with priority partners in tokenisation and TradFi workflows, cultivating deep relationships with key decision makers.
- Embed Chainlink technology and products into partner operational flows and technology stacks.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility.
- Work with a cross-functional team to drive internal alignment on deals and delivery timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- At least 2 years of exposure in the Web3 industry.
- Strong opinions on high-potential chains and ecosystem projects, with the ability to explain your reasoning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.
- Experience working within international and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Track record of structuring and closing large deal sizes in Web3 infrastructure domains.
- Work experience in TradFi, ideally Digital Asset related.
- Previous experience within venture capital settings.
Team & Environment
You will act as a strategic interface between the GTM team, finance, legal, and engineering.
