The Biopharmaceutical Representative for Prolia in Qingdao is responsible for promoting Amgen's products, particularly Prolia, within assigned hospitals. The role involves collaborating with medical professionals, executing promotional plans, managing budgets, and driving brand performance in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Propose, review, design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with line manager and marketing colleagues
- Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Amgen products
- Visit doctors and experts to communicate key information about Amgen products and enhance understanding of product knowledge
- Follow up on projects conducted in key hospitals
- Align with line manager to set working objectives and tasks to maximize promotional performance
- Collect and analyze data information on time based on business requirements to improve promotional outcomes
- Set up budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy to ensure proper and effective use of resources
- Work closely and collaboratively with other team members to integrate resources and enhance promotional effectiveness
- Act as a Product and medical information expert within the team
- Comply with company compliance requirements and policies
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Medical Practitioners and Pharmacists
