Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and operate multiple auxiliary binding machines equipped with cutting units, control panels, and attachments such as inkjet printers, mailing systems, case makers, folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, and binding or gluing devices.
- Prepare and manage multi-function automatic bindery systems with several processing stations, including power cutters, collators, gatherers, folders, and speed binders, often integrated with other machinery to assemble finished products like books, catalogs, manuals, directories, or magazines.
- Conduct safety inspections on bindery equipment to identify and address potential hazards before operation.
- Operate automatic adhesive binding systems (perfect binders) that process collated sheets or signatures through stages including vibration, milling, surface roughening, glue application, covering, and stacking or delivery of final products.
- Adjust and synchronize multiple workstations within a single machine to ensure seamless and accurate production flow.
- Lead and guide a production team through all phases of bindery operations, ensuring clear communication and task execution.
- Track and maintain standards for quality, production volume, and operational efficiency throughout the shift.
Compensation
2 USD per hour shift differential for third shift

Third shift: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
