Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various auxiliary binding machines
- Examine machinery for potential safety hazards
- Operate automatic adhesive binding systems, including perfect binders with multiple integrated stations
- Process collated sheets or signatures through functions such as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering, and stacking finished products
- Adjust and synchronize multiple workstations on a single machine to ensure proper operation
- Lead production crew through all stages of manufacturing
