Binance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to lead technology hiring initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top technical talent for the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across the Asia region
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technology hiring
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles
- Strong knowledge of the tech talent landscape in the Asia region
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in the Asia region. Candidates must be located in Hong Kong or Taipei, Taiwan.
