Epiq Global Business Transformation Solutions, LLC is looking for a Billing Specialist to ensure timely and accurate client billings. This customer-focused role is central to our billing operations, involving direct collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and implement improvements.

What You'll Do

Assist in the monthly prebill distribution process.
Act as the initial point of contact for client personnel regarding billing.
Complete prebill edits in a timely manner, including narrative changes, write-ups, write-downs, transfers, and splits.
Engage with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to the billing process.
Provide excellent customer service to all requestors.
Escalate issues and concerns appropriately to your Supervisor or Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation range: $22.00 to $29.00 USD per hour.
