Construction & Property Group is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Purchasing Specialist to join our UK team. You will support our finance and operations team, focusing on internal financial processes including billing, purchasing, and basic accounting. This role is centered on operational accuracy within our business systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage billing and invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle purchase orders and purchasing activities within the system
- Maintain and update records in Brightpearl
- Assist with accounts-related tasks and financial documentation
- Monitor transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Organize financial records and reports
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and purchasing updates
