Experian is hiring a Billing Business Analyst to be a key driver of our continued growth. In this finance-focused role, you will seek, develop, and help implement strategic projects to improve efficiency and productivity across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop functional specifications and user stories.
- Support testing activities, including creating test cases and validating results.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Work with teams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Experience managing projects and user testing.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, or Scrum.
- Experience with Power BI to create interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel automation, including macros, power queries, and advanced formulas.
- Basic programming knowledge in M, DAX, and VBA.
