About the Role
From Rehire, we are supporting a growing company in the truck parts industry in the search for a Bilingual Sales Representative, based in Gastonia, North Carolina, focused on developing and managing sales within the North American market. This role is designed for a high-performing, results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of truck parts and fleet operations, capable of managing a consistent sales pipeline and building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales, with a minimum target of $180,000 USD in revenue.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients in the trucking and fleet industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide expert guidance on American and European truck parts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in truck parts sales, fleet solutions, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of American and European truck parts.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Work Arrangement
On-site — Gastonia, North Carolina

- Full-time
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EDT)
- Paid vacation: 2 weeks after the first year
- Performance evaluation after the first 6 months
