Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are recruiting French-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who excel in dynamic environments and demonstrate confidence in executing 80–100 outbound calls daily. This position involves being the primary communication channel for potential customers, amplifying brand awareness and generating qualified leads for expanding international businesses. Key Responsibilities - Execute cold prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting French-speaking market segments. - Manage substantial daily communication volumes (80–100+) with professionalism and determination. - Evaluate potential leads according to precise customer profile criteria and identified challenges. - Schedule introductory meetings and transfer promising opportunities to Account Executives. - Document comprehensive interaction records utilizing CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Consistently achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance and booking objectives. - Engage collaboratively with marketing and sales departments to ensure campaign synchronization. Requirements - Native-level proficiency in French and English (verbal and written communication). - Demonstrated background in outbound sales, telesales, or contact center environments preferred. - Exceptional communication and objection-resolution capabilities. - Adaptable to rapid, metrics-oriented professional settings. - Prior experience with CRM and sales enablement technologies advantageous (HubSpot, Salesforce). - Self-driven, receptive to coaching, and enthusiastic about continuous professional development.
