Pearl Talent is looking for a Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish/English) to serve as the bridge between customer satisfaction and sales expansion. You will combine inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreach to drive revenue growth in English and Spanish-speaking markets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 50-100+ outbound calls per day to generate new business in English and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Identify and qualify sales leads in North and South American territories.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers.
- Reactivate dormant accounts through strategic outreach and relationship rebuilding.
- Execute cold calling, telemarketing, and B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value.
- Track daily activity, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals consistently.
- Provide daily administrative and sales support to outside sales representatives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone and email inquiries in English or Spanish.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and vendors ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients in both languages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach in Spanish-speaking territories.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events when needed.
- Provide exceptional bilingual customer service that drives retention and referrals.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies for LATAM and US Hispanic markets.
- Conduct market research identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Articulate product benefits and competitive advantages to Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Navigate cultural nuances in business communication across different LATAM countries.
- Identify market-specific needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific materials in Spanish.

- Support localization efforts for product positioning in LATAM markets.
- Accurately process orders including pricing, billing, and record updates.
- Maintain and track customer account details and purchase history in CRM.
- Prepare and manage quotes and bids in coordination with the sales team.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment for English and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Handle contract negotiations and close deals with healthcare providers or B2B clients.
- Manage documentation in both English and Spanish as required.
- Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market analyses.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and activity-driven targets.
- Analyze conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies based on data.
- Provide feedback on sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Document best practices for bilingual sales engagement.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) with professional business communication skills in both languages.
- 1-3+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, B2B lead generation, or sales support roles.
- Comfort with conducting 50-100+ outbound calls per day consistently.
- Strong communication skills with confident phone presence and ability to build rapport.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Understanding of cultural nuances in business communication across Spanish-speaking markets.
- Proven ability to meet activity-driven KPIs and sales targets.
- High reliability with consistent daily sales activity and professional work ethic.

- Fluency in Portuguese (trilingual Spanish/English/Portuguese).
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, supply industries, or physical/industrial products.
- Experience with territory management and market development.

- Willingness to travel 50-60% within North and South America when needed.
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Familiarity with OB/GYN healthcare sector or maternal-fetal medicine.
