Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for an Italian Speaking Partner Support Consultant to provide high-quality, multi-channel support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking partners, helping them succeed through expert guidance and problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking partners through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist partners with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to services.
- Educate partners on product features, updates, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop solutions.
- Follow up regularly with partners to ensure concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to improve support services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field.
