Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide dedicated support to clients in the Energy (Oil & Gas) sector. You will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring a high standard of service through multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to services, account management, and product information.
- Support clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiries through to post-sale support.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A keen interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn about industry developments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industries.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
