Prosci is seeking a Bilingual Prosci Instructor based in the Netherlands to deliver our change management methodology to clients across Europe. In this role, you will create unforgettable learning experiences and build long-term partnerships with organizations navigating critical change initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Instruct course participants in Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology.
- Deliver courses virtually from home, in-person at client premises, or at European public open-enrolment sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date mastery of Prosci’s change management products and solutions.
- Use your career experience and Prosci methodology to illustrate real-world application and answer participant questions.
- Prepare thoughtfully for sessions to provide incredible learning experiences.
- Work closely with Account Executives to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to clients.
What We're Looking For
- A skilled facilitator focused on creating unforgettable learning experiences.
- Deep business expertise and a thorough understanding of Prosci’s change management research, methodologies, and tools.
- Passion for change management and client success.
- Ability to deliver a variety of programmes designed to build clients’ change management capabilities.
- Bilingual language skills (Dutch/English).
Team & Environment
You will join a team of Instructors delivering Prosci programs across Europe.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands.
