All Care Therapies is looking for a full-time Bilingual Physical Therapy Aide/Tech to join our outpatient clinic team. You will play a key role in supporting patient care and maintaining the operational flow of our therapy departments.

What You'll Do

Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in all departmental areas, returning equipment and supplies to designated locations.
Regularly sanitize exercise equipment, mats, and assistive devices according to safety and infection control standards.
Evaluate and distribute linen supplies, changing linens on treatment tables per procedure.
Maintain adequate medical supplies in all treatment areas.
Sustain organization in supply closets on a regular basis.
Sweep soiled utility and equipment rooms at least twice weekly.
Assist in department communication by answering telephones, transiting messages from nursing service to therapists, and facilitating communication between therapy staff.
Assist therapists with the delivery, set-up, and clean-up of treatment areas for patient care.
Assist in and perform patient transfers and lifts using proper body mechanics and standard techniques.
Assist therapists during patient evaluations and treatments at the bedside and in the rehabilitation gym.
Report treatment activities, patient progress, and any unusual responses or incidents to the supervising therapist.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in English and another language.
Ability to perform physical tasks including patient transfers and equipment handling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn infection control and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow procedures and collaborate effectively within a clinical team.
