Insidea is looking for a Apollo Onboarding Specialist to manage and deliver the onboarding experience for new clients. This client-facing role ensures a smooth setup, integration, and understanding of the Apollo platform.
What You'll Do
- Conduct structured onboarding programs for new clients using the Apollo platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, primarily in the EMEA region.
- Explain Apollo’s capabilities, features, and integration options clearly and effectively.
- Address client queries with confidence and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to active use.
- Understand and explain what can and cannot be integrated within the Apollo ecosystem.
- Customize onboarding sessions based on the client’s business model and technical setup.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing onboarding, training, or support role.
- Strong communication skills and a confident screen presence for video calls.
- Solid understanding of the Apollo.io platform (or similar sales engagement/CRM tools).
- Basic technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical terms into easily understandable language for clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with common sales, CRM, or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.
