What You'll Do
Support legal teams by managing a high-volume caseload with precision and organization. You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication in both English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal memos, conducting case-related research, and preparing immigration and other legal documentation with attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and senior staff to meet critical deadlines and refine case strategies. You’ll review and proofread legal materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with firm standards. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and contributing to successful client resolutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a legal assistant or law clerk
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Fluency in both English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Permanent residency in Latin America required
- Must have a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) and a stable internet connection
