About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries in both official languages with accuracy and professionalism
- Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently and in compliance with guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records in the database system
- Support the onboarding process for new members with clear communication and documentation
- Assist with the coordination of membership documentation and verification steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member account issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies when handling personal information
- Generate reports related to membership data upon request
- Participate in process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Assist in preparing correspondence and communications for members
- Track and log member interactions in the case management system
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff following established protocols
- Support annual membership renewal campaigns with timely follow-ups
- Verify eligibility criteria for different membership categories
- Provide administrative support during transitions in membership status
- Assist with the distribution of member resources and updates
- Maintain awareness of policy changes affecting membership services
- Contribute to knowledge base content for consistent service responses
- Handle requests for certificates of standing and coverage confirmations
