About the Role

This role ensures high-quality administrative support to members by handling membership lifecycle processes, responding to inquiries in English and French, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries in both official languages with accuracy and professionalism
  • Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently and in compliance with guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records in the database system
  • Support the onboarding process for new members with clear communication and documentation
  • Assist with the coordination of membership documentation and verification steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member account issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies when handling personal information
  • Generate reports related to membership data upon request
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Assist in preparing correspondence and communications for members
  • Track and log member interactions in the case management system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff following established protocols
  • Support annual membership renewal campaigns with timely follow-ups
  • Verify eligibility criteria for different membership categories
  • Provide administrative support during transitions in membership status
  • Assist with the distribution of member resources and updates
  • Maintain awareness of policy changes affecting membership services
  • Contribute to knowledge base content for consistent service responses
  • Handle requests for certificates of standing and coverage confirmations
  • Ensure timely processing of member payments and fee adjustments
  • Support audit preparation by maintaining organized records
