Responsibilities
- Evaluate new and pending claims to determine applicable product requirements.
- Conduct inquiries to identify and contact beneficiaries or relatives to begin claim processes.
- Respond to advisors and beneficiaries via email or phone to confirm receipt of death claims.
- Engage with clients filing claims on policies that are no longer active.
- Assist claims adjudicators in progressing through their assigned workloads.
- Inform clients and advisors about available digital tools, self-service options, and organizational resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cases efficiently and fulfill requests promptly.
- Maintain strong performance standards while consistently demonstrating empathy and professional conduct.
Compensation
Salary range is expected to be between $44,775.00 CAD - $74,625.00 CAD
