What You'll Do

Conduct product testing to identify bugs and assess new features from a user perspective. Perform translation tasks as needed to maintain consistency across Korean and English content.
Requirements
You must be fully fluent in both Korean and English, with strong writing skills in both languages. Experience delivering customer support via email and live-chat is essential.
We expect a courteous, solution-focused approach when addressing user concerns. You should be comfortable learning digital tools quickly and explaining technical steps in simple terms.
