What You'll Do
Respond promptly and precisely to user inquiries across email, live chat, and community platforms such as Discord and Telegram. Provide clear, step-by-step assistance to help users navigate platform features, manage digital assets, and interact with decentralized tools.
Monitor community channels actively to detect and report suspicious activity, including scams and phishing attempts, helping maintain a secure environment for all members. Serve as a direct link between users and internal teams by documenting and escalating technical issues and relaying user feedback in real time.
Ensure consistent availability during scheduled shifts, maintaining reliable responsiveness so no message is overlooked and every support ticket receives timely attention.
Requirements
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts, including blockchain transactions, digital wallets, and security best practices.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of eight hours per day, seven days a week.
- Self-driven work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a dependable internet connection with a backup solution in place.
