Extra Space Management, Inc is hiring a full-time Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. You will connect with customers who call us directly to help them find the storage unit that best fits their needs, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a remote position for candidates located in Georgia.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their needs
- Deliver amazing customer service
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Ability to connect with customers over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Able to work some weekends
- Fluency in Spanish
- Fluency in English
