Hunt St is hiring a HubSpot Specialist - Performance Marketing to act as the technical lead for HubSpot projects. You will be responsible for configuring complex client accounts from scratch, managing marketing automation, and driving measurable results through data-driven campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and other channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Support clients with HubSpot setup, segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Conduct SEO audits, implement recommendations, and monitor organic search performance.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, testing, and analytics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, SEO, and digital marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience managing client accounts and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Klaviyo is a plus.
