Hunt St is seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our coaching and corporate leadership development business. You will play a key role in managing our digital presence and marketing systems while providing administrative support to ensure smooth program delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Edit YouTube content and manage posting schedules.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve digital marketing initiatives.
- Collate and organize training materials into a central resource library.
- Assist in preparing materials for corporate leadership programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and responding to inquiries.
- Help streamline internal processes to support business efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
- Experience with marketing funnels and automation platforms like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or HubSpot.
- Excellent written communication skills for social media and professional content.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

- Familiarity with corporate training or coaching businesses.

Benefits & Compensation
