ExactCare Pharmacy, LLC is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help grow our patient base across the United States. In this role, you will promote and educate patients on our medication management solutions primarily through phone-based assessments and registration. You'll build strong patient relationships by providing exceptional service, clearly explaining our services, and acting as a key connection point between the patient and our pharmacy team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive health and medication reviews with patients, including a thorough review of their medication list, administration instructions, and key health information.
- Accurately enter patient prescription information to ensure appropriate medication delivery.
- Achieve key performance metrics established by the management team.
- Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the unique services we provide.
- Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about ExactCare.
- Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to ensure consistent information sharing within the ExactCare team.
- Call on prospective patients daily to schedule telephonic reviews and conduct patient follow-up calls.
- Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions, and other ad-hoc meetings as needed.
- Open lines of communication with the management team.

What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience to justify an exception.
- 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Energetic and compassionate phone skills.
- Highly motivational and possesses persuasion skills.
- Team oriented with the ability to help others succeed.
- Very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent at multitasking.
- Self-starter requiring little to no supervision.
- Excellent communication skills; oral, written, facilitation, and presentation.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- A passion to help people and enrich their lives.

- Certified Pharmacy Technician.
