About the Role
Provide clinical mental health services in client homes, focusing on culturally responsive treatment for individuals and families. Work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement therapeutic plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments in home environments
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with community agencies and referral sources
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Engage clients in treatment planning and goal setting
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Coordinate care with schools and healthcare providers
- Support clients across developmental stages
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Complete documentation within required timeframes
- Follow agency protocols for safety and reporting
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Utilize telehealth components when appropriate
- Serve clients in both Aurora and Elgin regions
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
- Transport to client homes using personal vehicle
- Maintain licensure and certification requirements
- Respond to client needs with cultural sensitivity
- Implement trauma-informed care practices
- Support client progress through regular evaluation
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold agency policies and procedures
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on education and experience

Hybrid with in-home visits in Aurora and Elgin areas
