What You'll Do
Provide frontline HR assistance to employees across key lifecycle stages, from hiring through onboarding and ongoing support. Guide new hires through onboarding procedures and maintain up-to-date personal records, including addresses, emergency contacts, and name changes. Assist staff with timesheet submissions and resolve inquiries related to paystubs to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Respond to requests for employment verification and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Handle employee concerns with discretion and help administer benefits, including health and retirement plans. Deliver consistent Tier 1 customer service via phone, email, and chat, aiming for full issue resolution and high satisfaction.
Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system and follow established protocols for escalating unresolved cases. Conduct outbound outreach when necessary, in alignment with operational guidelines. Maintain strict adherence to data privacy standards, including GDPR, and verify identities according to company policy.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an analyst or support role
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education required
- Experience with ServiceNow, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate self-service portals and guide others through them
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, maintain data accuracy, and meet SLAs
