What You'll Do
Collaborate with the People team to support hiring efforts from start to finish. Help post job openings, review applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring panels. Conduct initial candidate calls to assess interest and alignment with the organization’s direction.
Play a key role in onboarding new team members by ensuring they receive necessary resources and information. Maintain accurate records and support data management across people systems.
Contribute to employee engagement by helping design and implement surveys. Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improving workplace culture and support leadership in developing meaningful action plans.
Assist in organizing company-wide events, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives. Help coordinate logistics for retreats, including travel arrangements and accommodations, to ensure seamless experiences.
Support recognition programs that highlight individual and team contributions. Help evaluate the current cultural environment and suggest practical improvements to support ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Comfort working with third-party platforms and recruitment agencies
- Interest in workplace culture, talent development, and employee experience
- Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion
