What You'll Do
Work closely with Territory Managers to develop and implement strategies that support patient implant goals and revenue targets across the assigned region. Build trusted relationships with key healthcare providers, including cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgical teams, to promote the clinical and technical benefits of implantable medical devices.
Deliver product demonstrations and provide hands-on support during implant procedures, follow-ups, and troubleshooting sessions. Present device capabilities to clinical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of therapeutic mechanisms and patient outcomes. Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
Analyze sales performance data to uncover growth opportunities through cross-selling and strategic account development. Monitor competitive trends and contribute insights to refine sales approaches and promotional materials. Partner with internal teams to relay customer feedback that informs product development and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, engineering, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular disease states, with preference given to candidates with heart failure experience
- Ability to quickly learn and explain complex medical and surgical technologies, particularly implantable devices
- Proven communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging clinical professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for frequent in-territory travel
- Ability to travel within the territory at least four days per week, including local and regional trips
- Comfort with domestic air travel and possession of proper identification for travel purposes
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, solve problems, and adapt to evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Direct clinical or healthcare experience, particularly in cardiology or device-related settings
- Familiarity with neuromodulation therapies and their clinical applications
- Knowledge of competitive implantable device markets and reimbursement processes
- Experience supporting insurance pre-approvals for medical devices
- Ability to collaborate with R&D teams to advocate for customer-driven product improvements

Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring residency in the Winston-Salem or Greensboro, NC metropolitan area. Candidates must be prepared to travel locally and regionally at least four days per week to support clinical sites and customer engagements.
