The Pricing Analyst is responsible for driving pricing accuracy and efficiency across transportation operations. You will manage end-to-end pricing workflows, ensuring bid requests are processed on time and in alignment with service level agreements. Your work will directly influence customer pricing strategies while maintaining data integrity within the bid ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Process daily pricing requests for new and existing customers within designated trade lanes or service modes, meeting all deadlines and compliance standards
- Document detailed pricing rationale for each activity to ensure transparency and smooth handoff to operations teams
- Review and validate bid submissions and award outcomes, including accurate rate uploads and verification
- Analyze bid documentation to understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with pricing decisions
- Compile and verify lane-specific rates and award details, ensuring data consistency across systems
- Coordinate timelines across stakeholders to guarantee on-time bid submissions
- Apply knowledge of modal yield strategy and accessorials to support informed pricing decisions
- Monitor compliance with operational policies before finalizing pricing approvals
- Track progress against KPIs and report monthly updates to leadership
- Collaborate with regional offices and shared services to refine pricing tools and processes
- Identify trends and inefficiencies in pricing workflows to improve win rates and quality
- Use data from multiple sources to inform strategic pricing recommendations
- Align capacity data with drayage provider capabilities to support operational feasibility
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer service roles
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in logistics, preferably within a commercial or third-party logistics environment
- Proven ability to work effectively across departments and influence outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Environment
You will work with myQ and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage pricing data, generate insights, and support decision-making across the network.
Work Environment
