About the Role
As our Bilingual (French) Training Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for educating business customers and partners about Keeper's functionalities, features, and best practices. You'll design cutting-edge training modules, continuously update our approach, and ensure customers can leverage our software to drive serious business success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver killer training sessions that help customers become product pros, tailoring content to different audiences and skill levels
- Craft engaging training materials—guides, videos, webinars—that make learning a breeze
- Host interactive virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars that encourage participation, questions, and hands-on learning
- Dive deep with customers to understand training needs, gather feedback, and continuously elevate our training programs. Provide post-training support to ensure smooth adoption and gather insights for product improvement
- Keep meticulous records of customer configurations and communications to build a comprehensive training knowledge base
- Maintain a well-organized training resource library and collaborate with internal teams to share insights that can enhance our products and support
- Communicate fluently with French and English-speaking customers, both verbally and in writing
Requirements
- 1+ years of training experience in SaaS B2B or equivalent customer service environments
- Bilingual rockstar: Native French with English fluency (verbal and written)
- Solid understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Communication and presentation skills that could sell ice to an eskimo
- Ability to adapt training content on the fly for different audiences
- Project management skills that would make a Swiss watchmaker proud
- Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office tools
- Interpersonal skills that can turn customers into fans
- Analytical prowess and problem-solving that would impress Sherlock Holmes
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively across global regions and time zones
