Mangone Law Firm, LLC seeks a driven and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish. In this essential role within our Customer Experience Department, you will build strong client relationships, manage critical case details, and help our clients feel heard and supported throughout their legal journey. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and our reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage client case notifications, letters, timelines, and reports.
- Follow up with clients, including those requiring additional outreach, to confirm details and advance their cases.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Use CRM and communication tools to track and manage all client interactions.
- Uphold high service standards by meeting key performance indicators for calls, follow-ups, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong command of Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Availability for rotating shifts with a full-time commitment.
Nice to Have
- Studies in Communications, Law, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
- Call center, customer service, or related experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
