Responsibilities

  • Manage credit reporting and dispute resolution processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Portuguese.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of credit reporting issues.
  • Review and process credit reports and dispute inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex disputes.
  • Provide updates and follow-ups to customers regarding their disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in credit reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze dispute trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports on dispute resolution activities.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Ensure all customer data is handled securely and confidentially.
  • Conduct regular audits of credit reporting processes.
