Mangone Law Firm, LLC is hiring a Bilingual Contracts Assistant to support our immigration law practice. In this remote role, you will draft, review, and manage legal contracts and documents while ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating across departments.
What You'll Do
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, service agreements, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of agreements.
- Maintain updated contract management systems and the firm’s document database.
- Provide support in basic negotiations and follow-up on contractual commitments.
- Prepare control, status, and compliance reports regarding contracts.
- Ensure that all processes comply with legal, regulatory, and confidentiality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in contract-related roles (commercial, service agreements, or similar).
- Studies in Law, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 100% Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (B2-C1 minimum, both written and conversational).
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Excel, Slack, Monday, and case management systems.
