About the Role

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a driven Bilingual Channel Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join the EMEA Channel Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Channel, EMEA, you will focus on building pipeline and driving revenue with both existing partners and newly sourced strategic channel relationships in the Benelux region.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and manage relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners in Benelux.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Keeper and your assigned channel partners.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Dutch, verbally and in writing.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate Keeper personnel resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Manage direct and channel conflict through excellent communication between teams.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
  • Participate in a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Identify and help launch partner go-to-market or service offerings to achieve incremental joint revenue.
  • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
  • Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel-generated leads.
  • Plan and execute Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally, including operating a rental vehicle as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Dutch (both verbal and written).
  • Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.
  • A good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An extremely motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
