About the Role
The Bilingual Case Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving client cases with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards while delivering timely responses in both official languages.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming client documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Resolve case inquiries in compliance with established guidelines
- Communicate with clients and internal teams in English and French
