Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt lesson plans throughout the academic year as needed
- Adjust teaching methods to support diverse learning needs of all students
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of each student's academic progress and development
- Apply instructional strategies grounded in educational research
- Guide and manage student conduct within the classroom setting
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Use approved curricula that reflect students' varied cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
- Support and uphold school-wide behavioral and cultural expectations
- Engage with families to discuss student progress in both academic and social-emotional domains
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student learning
- Assist in organizing and carrying out non-academic school activities when necessary
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff
- Complete additional responsibilities as determined by school administration

Other
- Provide 40 minutes of daily instruction in Spanish
- Deliver immersive experiences that honor and celebrate Latino culture and heritage
- Serve students in grades Early Kindergarten through 6th grade
- Successfully pass federal and state criminal background screenings
