Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to craft persuasive value propositions that align big data strategies with the goals of public sector, education, and non-governmental organization clients.
- Collaborate with account executives and solution engineers to drive opportunities forward through discovery workshops, training sessions, and architectural demonstrations.
- Start with defined business outcomes and trace backward to determine necessary data sources, aggregations, and derived insights.
- Design customer-centric technical architectures by applying product knowledge, industry expertise, data frameworks, and proven methodologies.
- Create and present comprehensive data and technical architectures, including vision statements, capability models, current and future state diagrams, roadmaps, design patterns, and reference models to advance sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to build AI agents that integrate disparate data systems and applications, enabling seamless execution of business-driven workflows across data silos.
- Build predictive analytics models using Einstein Studio within the Data Cloud environment.
