Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and persuasive bid submissions in response to client tenders
- Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and evaluation criteria
- Structure proposal content to align with scoring methodologies
- Maintain version control of draft documents throughout the bidding process
- Support the development of reusable content libraries for future bids
- Identify and highlight key strengths and differentiators in proposals
- Work under tight deadlines to meet submission timelines
- Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders across departments
- Ensure proposals follow branding and formatting guidelines
- Conduct quality assurance checks before final submission
- Revise content based on feedback from reviewers
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client pitches
- Track progress of bid activities using project management tools
- Contribute to post-submission debriefs and lessons learned sessions
