Decile Group is looking for a BFT Nurse Practitioner to provide temporary remote primary care coverage for staff leaves of absence from May through September. This role assesses and manages patient populations, provides diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and develops comprehensive care plans.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care, counseling, and education to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develop appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings.
- Order medications and write prescriptions according to organizational policies.
- Provide high-quality and timely documentation, including admission, progress, procedure, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
- Perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the patient population.
- May precept a small group of learners.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s in Nursing.
- Advanced Practice RN (APRN-NP) license.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $59.04 - $83.59 per hour.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts or New England.
