This position supports the expansion of a digital platform by identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and refining user acquisition channels to improve key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior to uncover growth opportunities
- Design and manage A/B tests across digital touchpoints
- Optimize paid and organic acquisition channels
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on growth initiatives
- Track and report on key growth metrics and KPIs
- Develop scalable onboarding experiences for new users
- Use data to refine messaging and conversion funnels
- Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth experiments
- Work with analytics tools to extract and interpret data
- Support the development of referral and viral loop mechanisms
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Improve retention through targeted engagement tactics
- Assist in creating dashboards for growth tracking
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with content teams to align messaging
