About the Role
The individual in this position will work across marketing, product, and analytics to identify opportunities for scalable growth, running tests and campaigns to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage A/B tests to refine onboarding and conversion pathways
- Collaborate with product teams to implement growth-focused features
- Analyze user behavior data to uncover friction points and opportunities
- Develop and track KPIs related to user growth and engagement
- Coordinate with marketing to align messaging with growth objectives
- Optimize paid acquisition channels for efficiency and scale
- Identify high-impact experiments based on data insights
- Work with engineering to deploy tracking and analytics infrastructure
- Assist in building automated workflows for user re-engagement
- Evaluate referral and viral loop mechanics for scalability
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform growth tactics
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Support content initiatives that drive organic traffic
- Monitor retention metrics across user cohorts
- Contribute to roadmap planning with growth-centric proposals
- Manage relationships with external growth tools and platforms
- Run email and in-app messaging campaigns for activation
- Assess channel performance and reallocate budgets accordingly
- Document experiment results and share learnings across teams
- Improve funnel conversion rates from sign-up to first key action
