Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment that is out of service or malfunctioning to minimize operational delays
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous functionality
- Operate and maintain plant systems including steam, compressed air, and hydraulics with attention to safety and efficiency
- Support the setup and integration of new machinery and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and liability standards as defined by company policy
- Wear and use required personal protective gear during operations
- Adhere to OSHA standards relevant to the role and work environment
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisory staff

- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with potential for Saturday shifts and overtime on short notice
- Work takes place in an indoor manufacturing setting with regular exposure to high temperatures
- Frequent physical activity including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and walking is required
- Use of safety gear such as protective footwear, gloves, and eye protection is mandatory
- Regular lifting of 20 to 50 pounds is expected; occasional lifting up to 60 pounds may be necessary
