About the Role

Lead the strategic use of Bentley applications in design processes, provide technical guidance, and support teams in adopting best practices for software utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the deployment and standardization of Bentley design platforms across departments
  • Train engineers and designers on effective use of Bentley software features
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software workflows
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate design technology into project timelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through software customization
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Bentley applications
  • Stay current with software updates and industry advancements
  • Support quality assurance procedures for digital design deliverables
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure software compatibility and system performance
  • Lead pilot programs for new Bentley tools or modules
  • Mentor team members in design technology best practices
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and usage policies
  • Evaluate third-party plugins or add-ons for potential integration
  • Facilitate communication between technical staff and design teams
  • Optimize template libraries and standardized project setups
  • Assist in the development of automated design processes
  • Monitor software usage metrics and report on adoption rates
  • Provide input on procurement of software licenses and hardware
  • Support cybersecurity protocols related to design data management
  • Lead internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Promote consistent application of design standards across projects
  • Work with discipline leads to align technology use with project goals
